An exceptional vintage Swarovski set from the coveted S.A.L. era, featuring a matching statement necklace and bracelet in luminous gold-tone metal accented with brilliant clear marquise-cut Swarovski crystals.
The sculptural design is absolutely striking. Large open oval links create a dimensional, almost ribbon-like silhouette, with beautifully faceted marquise crystals positioned between the links to catch the light from every angle. The oversized circular toggle closures add another dramatic design element and give the set that unmistakable bold 1980s glamour.
The necklace features five large sculptural links accented by four clear marquise crystals, transitioning into an elongated open-link chain and finished with an oversized toggle closure.
The coordinating bracelet features four sculptural links accented by three marquise crystals, also finished with a substantial toggle closure.
Both pieces are signed S.A.L. ©, the early Swarovski jewelry signature associated with Swarovski America Limited and used prior to the company’s later swan branding.
