Shipping policy
• Processing Time: Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Signature Confirmation: To ensure the safe delivery of your order, all shipments from Betty Lily & Co. include complimentary signature-required delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package upon arrival.
• Shipping Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Betty Lily & Co. is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
• Delivery & Lost Packages: Once a package has been accepted by USPS and marked Delivered, ownership transfers to the buyer. If a package is lost in transit, we will open a USPS investigation. Refunds or replacements can only be issued if the claim is approved by USPS.
• Damaged Deliveries: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist promptly to resolve the issue and, if applicable, issue a refund for the item and any associated taxes or fees.
• Quality Assurance: Each piece undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment to ensure all stones, settings, and finishes are exactly as described. Every item is securely packaged for safe arrival.
• Delivered But Not Received: If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check the surrounding area and confirm with household members or neighbors. If it still cannot be located, you are responsible for contacting USPS to file a missing mail search or stolen package claim. Betty Lily & Co. is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages confirmed as delivered by USPS.
